Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Pavya, we take great pride in our Jaipur craftsmanship. We undertake multi-layer quality checks before dispatching any order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

To maintain fair pricing and quality standards, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the size or fit, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges for domestic orders (within India). To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Note on Color & Fabric: We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images for every product. However, due to differences in screen settings and studio lighting, there may be a 10-12% marginal difference in color. We do not accept exchange requests based on minor color variations or fabric perception.

2. The Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise a Request: Email us at support@pavya.in or WhatsApp us at +91 7014362805 within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.

  2. Processing Fee: A nominal logistics fee of Rs. 100 per article will be charged to process the exchange (covers reverse pickup and re-shipping).

  3. Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If they are unable to pick it up, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product to us.

  4. Dispatch: Once the product reaches our Jaipur warehouse and passes the quality inspection, we will dispatch the new size within 24-48 working hours.

Exchange Rules:

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

  • Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

  • The value of the new item must be equal to or higher than the original item.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or a completely different design:

  • You must report it within 72 hours of delivery via email (support@pavya.in).

  • MANDATORY: You must provide an Unboxing/Opening Video of the parcel. Without a clear opening video showing the sealed package and the defect, we will not be able to process claims for damage or missing items.

4. Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable)

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product back to our warehouse. Please use a reliable service like India Post (Speed Post).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • COD Orders: You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed, as we start processing them immediately.

  • Right to Cancel: Pavya reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
