At Pavya, we pour love and care into every garment. Whether it is a hand-block printed Kurti or an embroidered Gown, we ensure it travels from our Jaipur workshop to your doorstep safely and securely.

1. Domestic Shipping (within India)

We deliver to almost every pincode across India.

• Processing Time: All domestic orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order.

• Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster.

• Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners (like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) to ensure safe handling.

2. International Shipping

We are proud to bring the colors of Jaipur to the world.

• Processing Time: International orders require additional quality checks and paperwork. They are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.

• Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 15-20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

• Customs & Duties: Please note that for international orders, any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a notification via Email and SMS containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet the timelines above, please note that delays may occur due to:

• Peak festive seasons (Diwali, Eid, Wedding Season).

• Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or transport strikes.

• Public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

5. Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House Number, Landmark, and Pincode). Pavya is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Pavya, we take great pride in our Jaipur craftsmanship. We undertake multi-layer quality checks before dispatching any order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

To maintain fair pricing and quality standards, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the size or fit, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges for domestic orders (within India). To be eligible:

• The request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

• The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Note on Color & Fabric: We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images for every product. However, due to differences in screen settings and studio lighting, there may be a 10-12% marginal difference in color. We do not accept exchange requests based on minor color variations or fabric perception.

2. The Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow these steps:

1. Raise a Request: Email us at support@pavya.in or WhatsApp us at +91 7014362805 within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.

2. Processing Fee: A nominal logistics fee of Rs. 100 per article will be charged to process the exchange (covers reverse pickup and re-shipping).

3. Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If they are unable to pick it up, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product to us.

4. Dispatch: Once the product reaches our Jaipur warehouse and passes the quality inspection, we will dispatch the new size within 24-48 working hours.

Exchange Rules:

• Exchange is allowed once per order.

• Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

• The value of the new item must be equal to or higher than the original item.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or a completely different design:

• You must report it within 72 hours of delivery via email (support@pavya.in).

• MANDATORY: You must provide an Unboxing/Opening Video of the parcel. Without a clear opening video showing the sealed package and the defect, we will not be able to process claims for damage or missing items.

4. Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable)

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product back to our warehouse. Please use a reliable service like India Post (Speed Post).

5. Cancellation Policy

• COD Orders: You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed, as we start processing them immediately.

• Right to Cancel: Pavya reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
